William Mosley · Creative & Digital Operations Leader · Hendersonville, NC

Creative direction.
Operational follow-through.

How I lead

01

Decide the unit once.

Whether it is a product card, a catalog entry or a label, I fix the repeating unit first. Then a team can produce a hundred of them without a hundred decisions.

02

Credit is part of the work.

Every piece I show says who did what. Partners, collaborators and employers are named, and my own part is stated plainly.

03

Build with the people who use it.

The label builder was shaped on the production floor. The school site grew with the programs. Tools last when the users are in the room.

04

Say what it did, not what it might.

No invented metrics. Where a number is someone's report rather than a record, it stays off the page or is labeled.

What colleagues and clients say

There was no one who could match Will's skill in developing & maintaining our extensive online store, generating successful lead pages, managing email campaigns, live webinars, and online course development. He is extremely attentive to detail, meets deadlines, and is a pleasure to work with under fast-paced, mission-critical projects.
Ann Sharpsteen, Former President, New Human
One of the coolest problems we solved was allowing our production employees to easily update and print supplement bottle labels through a WordPress-based system we built together. Will helped design the back-end automation that saved us countless man-hours and eliminated errors. What I enjoyed most about working with him was the collaboration. He listens, gives valuable feedback, and brings nonstop positivity and ideas to the table.
Isaac Switzer, Office Manager, New Human
Will is, hands down, the best web developer I have ever worked with. I can't even name a problem he helped me solve because he literally solved ALL of them. He puts every ounce of himself into his work, and I've never felt more supported in my business ventures.
Chasity Leake, Founder, The Celestial Collection
I've contracted Will for several video and photo-based projects, including a personal project for my own company. Each time he communicated clearly, completed the project ahead of time, and exceeded both mine and my clients' expectations.
Brandon Bobart, CEO, Pisgah Peaks Ventures
